When you receive your unit , please check to see if it’s the correct length , texture and type of wig (frontal or closure) before tampering with the lace, the bundles and the unit itself.
If we sent you an incorrect unit, it can be returned for a refund or exchange. However, the lace, the bundles and the unit itself must not be tampered with and the wig must be returned in its original condition with the wig combs and band attached and in its package. If the unit was tampered with, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
